The ACA Southern California/Hawaii Spring Leadership Conference is your one-stop shop for outstanding professional development, networking and education.  With innovative programming, first-rate speakers and fresh new networking events, your leadership staff will undoubtedly gain the tools they need to be successful at camp this summer! 

Conference Outcomes: 

The ACA, Southern CA/HI Spring Leadership Conference aims to create a community of camp professionals to educate, inspire and prepare them to provide a high-quality camp experience for their staff and campers. As a result of participating in the ACA, Southern CA/HI Spring Leadership Conference, camping professionals will:
  • Gain cutting edge information regarding children and youth in the 21st century;
  • Learn valuable skills for training, coaching and supervising camp staff;
  • Network with peers from camps around the section and beyond;
